Enhancing Org. Design Capability
7days have worked closely with the Department of Work & Pensions on a number of projects related to organisation design. The DWP are keen to build upon and improve their existing capability around organisation design throughout the Department. As part of the effort to deliver an improved capability, they engaged 7days to help them design and produce an organisation design framework/ toolkit.
The framework/toolkit was designed to:
> Support good decision making on OD in DWP
> Incorporate best practice
> Develop an OD community within DWP, and
> Build enhanced capability for DWP
The framework/ toolkit was a significant success both within the DWP and other departments. We have subsequently been asked to provide ongoing development in this area.
