BBC MC&A (Marketing, Communication & Audience) conducts marketing, publicity and audience "insight" activities for all BBC output across radio, TV, digital and internet channels. As a result of a "Value for Money" audit, this BBC division had to refocus its resources to "make things simpler", and operate with 25% fewer resources.
