Avis Europe approached us after a strategy review conducted by Bain & Co with a simple brief: "help us create a new, leaner, more effective role for our Corporate Centre." The first phase of the project reviewed and completed the organisational blueprint. And the second phase focused on designing the future organisation and ways of working. 7days also built a robust financial model to manage and monitor programme costs, ensuring that all efficiency savings were achieved. Avis was able to implement a more efficient and cost effective structure, whilst maintaining customer service levels and sensitively managing necessary headcount reductions.
