Senior Team Assessment

7days was selected by Northern Foods, a major UK based food manufacturer following the appointment of a new CEO and Group HR Director. Northern Foods are embarking on a programme of structural change intended to achieve a dramatic and speedy improvement in business performance. 7days have been asked to design and deliver a rigorous assessment (calibration) of individual members of the senior management team. This will encompass the ‘top 50’ across the company.

Leadership Assessment

Cape Industrial Services engaged 7days to carry out a restructuring exercise to reshape the organisation into a regional model. As a consequence of this work a number of management development needs were identified and we returned to design and deliver a global training programme. The programme - Leading for The Future - was delivered in modules in the UK, Middle East and Far East. The modules covered strategic management, change management, building trusting relationships and team management.
