What do we do? >

Rather than bore you with some jargon-laden exposition of our corporate philosophy, we've put down 7 simple reasons why we think our approach is different and, more importantly, effective.

1. We don't clock watch. We'll agree a fixed fee for a fixed scope of work within a given timeframe and are happy to share the risk.
2. We're an experienced team of experts and many in our team were once clients ourselves, so we get to grips with the issues quickly.
3. We won't outstay our welcome. We work at pace and share your sense of urgency
4. We transfer learning, and leave our tools with you - to create independence for the future. Our methods have been honed by research, but we're not precious about them.
5. We roll up our sleeves and get stuck in. Consider us part of your team.
6. We believe working with our clients means that as well as providing support, we must also challenge what we think isn't working
7. We stick to what we know and do best, and won't take on assignments which go outside our core disciplines

We’re focused on results, not about embarking on an ill-defined and never-ending journey. Critically, this is your process and the solution is owned by you – not us.

Since our formation we’ve worked with a wide variety of businesses big and small. Together with our own corporate experience, this has helped us learn what works best, so we thought we’d leave you with our 7 observations on what makes for a truly effective organisation and should be the goal of any transformation. These 7 goals are at the cornerstone of our approach.
1. Ambition: born out of the issues that the business faces and expressed in a clear and compelling vision, with a strong sense of purpose and challenging goals.
2. Design: being ruthlessly clear about what work the organisation needs to do to deliver its goals and organising that work as efficiently and unambiguously as is possible.
3. Casting: knowing what roles are pivotal for performance today and tomorrow, what talent you need in them and bridging any gap.
4. Agility: keeping practices and processes simple, fit for purpose and current. Knowing what to change and what to leave alone. Constant curiosity and decluttering to ‘keep the arteries clear.’
5. Connecting: building the bridge between strategic intent and operational reality.
6. Engaging: ensuring everyone in the organisation knows what the ‘big story’ is and at an individual level, what their contribution needs to be in delivering it.
7. Doing . . . what you say you will, being held to account, and making that a rule of the game.
So that’s 7days in about 7 minutes. Why not give us a call. We’re a straightforward bunch of people, fun to have around but deadly serious when it comes to your business.
