No doubt you have your own view of consultants, most people do, but then
we aren't typical consultants.

7days was born out of the founders' frustration with conventional consulting. Very quickly, dissatisfaction with the present had become resolve to make the future more fulfilling and start a new kind of consultancy.

Why? Well you've heard it before, but its still true;

Strategy’s important, of course, but it’s not much use until it’s translated into real-world actions. And the real world can play havoc with the neatest of plans – after all depending on which researcher you believe, somewhere between 50% and 85% of all change initiatives fail to achieve their goals. We knew we could make a difference.

Rather than delivering theoretically perfect solutions and leaving someone else the task of putting them into practice, we knew there was a need for people who would roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and help you do it - and that's what we do.
